On November 13, 2024, Banyan Tree School hosted the Alumni Speak @ Careers event as part of its Parent Connect Series, offering students a valuable opportunity to explore various career paths through the experiences of successful alumni. The event began with a warm welcome and an overview of its purpose: to inspire and guide students by showcasing diverse career opportunities. The first speaker, Mr. Pranay Nath Jha, an alumnus from the Class of 2002, is an experienced lawyer with over 16 years of practice at the High Court and District Court in Delhi. Mr. Jha shared how his school foundation at Banyan Tree School helped shape his career. He discussed his academic transition from history to law and explained the different pathways to becoming a lawyer. He also shared his journey working in legal advisory roles and prominent law firms, highlighting his mentorship under Hon’ble Justice Sanjeev Narula and the various career options in law. Next, Ms. Shipra Goyal, from the Class of 2017, spoke about her role as a Capabilities & Insights Analyst at McKinsey & Company, specializing in human resources and organizational culture. She explained how her background in Applied Psychology led her to management consulting and provided insights into the consulting industry. She also discussed how understanding human behavior is crucial in optimizing workplace cultures. The event concluded with a Q&A session, where students engaged with the speakers, followed by a Vote of Thanks. The session was an enriching experience, offering valuable guidance for students in shaping their future careers.
Spectrum: A Fiesta of Competitions, 2024
Spectrum 2024, the highly anticipated inter-school competition, was successfully held at Banyan Tree School on the 12th of November 2024. This year’s event held special significance as it marked the birth centenary of our esteemed founder, Dr. Kulwant Rai, whose visionary leadership continues to inspire our commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.
The competition provided an exceptional platform for students to showcase their creativity, talent, and skills across a diverse range of disciplines. From artistic expression and innovation to technical expertise, critical thinking, and performances in dance and music, Spectrum 2024 celebrated the multifaceted abilities of young minds. It brought together students from various schools, fostering a spirit of healthy competition, collaboration, and learning. Throughout the event, participants exhibited remarkable creativity and talent in each category, and the energy in the air was nothing short of electric. Spectrum 2024: Interschool Chess Tournament
On November 6, Banyan Tree School hosted an exciting Rapid Chess Tournament as part of Spectrum 2024, bringing together students from several schools. The event, featuring participants from classes VI to XII, was a showcase of skill, strategy, and competitive spirit. The tournament followed FIDE rules, with five fast-paced rounds, each giving players 15 minutes plus a 10-second increment per move. This format tested players’ ability to think quickly and make strategic decisions under time pressure. The Swiss-system format ensured that every participant played multiple rounds, regardless of their earlier results. Players demonstrated discipline and respect for the rules, their opponents, and the judges, creating a positive and focused atmosphere throughout the event. Their sportsmanship was evident as they engaged in intense matches, but maintained camaraderie and mutual respect. The tournament concluded with awards for the top players, and all participants received certificates recognizing their dedication and skill. The event highlighted the students’ passion for chess and reinforced Banyan Tree School’s commitment to fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and friendly competition. It was a memorable experience that celebrated both individual talent and the collaborative spirit among young minds.
Sports Day 2024
Banyan Tree School hosted its Annual Sports Day on 9th November 2024, filled with enthusiasm and excitement, highlighting both the physical talents of the students and the core values of resilience, discipline, and teamwork. The event began with a warm welcome to all attendees, inspired by the quote: “The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person’s determination.” The ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Ms. Riya Tomar, an English Honours graduate from Delhi University and a standout achiever in academics and sports. Her dedication to national service and leadership through the NCC made her an ideal role model for the students.
The day’s proceedings began with the school choir singing the school song, creating a sense of unity. The Student Council then led the March Past, displaying their commitment to teamwork, and the Head Boy, Jatin, administered the oath of fair play. The lighting of the torch by the Principal and Chief Guest marked the official start of the sports events.
The day featured various performances, beginning with a vibrant dance that energized the crowd, followed by a PT drill that showcased the students’ precision and synchronization. A gymnastics routine demonstrated balance and agility, while a Rhythmic Yoga display emphasized the connection between body and mind. The highlight of the day were the races, with each grade competing in a unique event—ranging from the Hoola Hoop and Stick Race for Grade 6 to the Relay Race for Grade 12. Each race showcased different skills such as balance, coordination, teamwork, and speed, with the students displaying remarkable determination and sportsmanship.
In a special addition, teachers participated in a race, further strengthening the bond between students and faculty. Ms. Tomar’s motivating speech inspired the students, followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where the winners were celebrated. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Head Girl Bhoomika and the singing of the National Anthem, bringing the memorable day to a close.
Founder’s Day Special Assembly
Banyan Tree School celebrated its annual Founder’s Day on November 4, 2024, honoring the legacy of its founder, Dr. Kulwant Rai. The event began with a serene invocation by the school choir, creating a reflective atmosphere. Principal Ms. Rina Bana performed the ceremonial lamp lighting, symbolizing the light of knowledge Dr. Rai brought to many through his commitment to education. Head Boy Jatin Kumar highlighted the school’s establishment under the Ram Krishan & Sons Charitable Trust in 1986, emphasizing its holistic educational approach that integrates academics, personal growth, and community service. He also mentioned IILM, founded in 1993, as a testament to Dr. Rai’s vision for educational advancement. Head Girl Bhoomika Arya spoke about the motto “In Pursuit of Excellence,” stressing the belief that education should inspire self-improvement and compassion. She encouraged everyone to uphold Dr. Rai’s values. The celebration featured cultural performances, including a dance and a musical rendition of “Achyutam Kesavam,” reflecting Dr. Rai’s love for the arts. Principal Bana shared insights into Dr. Rai’s journey, from entrepreneurship to education, emphasizing his belief in social betterment. The event concluded with the National Anthem, honoring Dr. Rai’s enduring legacy and reinforcing the school’s mission.
Cybersecurity Awareness Session, Mr. Anil Patel
On October 5th, 2024, a cybersecurity awareness session took place as part of International Cybersecurity Awareness Month, organized in partnership with KPMG Cyber Security Consulting Services. Aimed at students in Grades 9 to 12, the event, held in the school auditorium, featured Mr. Anil Patel, Associate Director at KPMG, as the speaker. Mr. Patel began the session by underscoring the importance of cybersecurity in today’s digital age. His presentation covered various topics pertinent to students’ online lives, starting with cyberbullying and how to protect oneself from it. He then discussed social media safety, stressing the need for robust privacy settings and caution against sharing personal information. The session continued with advice on safe web browsing, warning about the risks of unsecured sites, and delving into the complexities of artificial intelligence, highlighting its potential benefits and threats. Mr. Patel also addressed online shopping and gaming, advising vigilance against phishing scams. The talk concluded with an overview of common cyber threats, such as ransomware and identity theft, along with protective measures. PARENT CONNECT SERIES: Building future skills in Data Analytics
On October 4, 2024, Banyan Tree School held a special Parent Connect Morning in the auditorium, focusing on “Building Future Skills in Data Analytics.” The event featured Ms. Ruma Batheja, Director of Knowledgetics Research Pvt. Ltd., as the guest speaker.
The session began with a warm welcome from the Principal, who highlighted the importance of future skills in education. Ms. Batheja then presented her insights on the growing significance of data analytics in today’s digital landscape and its impact on future career paths. She stressed the necessity of developing analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in students, preparing them for upcoming challenges. Her engaging talk included real-world examples that resonated with both parents and educators.
Q&A segment followed, allowing attendees to interact with Ms. Batheja and ask questions about preparing for careers in data analytics. Topics included essential skills and recommended tools for early exposure.The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the school administration, expressing appreciation for Ms. Batheja’s contributions and the parents’ engagement. Faculty Development Workshop: Understanding Learners- Pedagogical Imperatives for Effective Learning
The faculty development workshop focused on understanding the diverse needs of learners to enhance teaching practices. Educators explored key pedagogical imperatives, such as differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching, while recognizing the importance of emotional and social learning. IBTSMUN’24
On August 30, 2024, the International Banyan Tree School Model United Nations (IBTSMUN) showcased a day of dynamic debate and critical analysis as students simulated discussions on the ongoing crisis in Bangladesh and its repercussions for India. Representing prominent Indian political figures in the All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM), participants explored the multifaceted dimensions of the crisis, balancing regional security with humanitarian concerns.
The simulation began with a heated debate on Bangladesh’s political instability. Mamata Banerjee interrogated Amit Shah about the government’s strategy in addressing violence. Shah’s response, which suggested that such incidents might persist despite governmental efforts, ignited controversy and skepticism about the administration’s capacity to maintain order. Raghav Chadha criticized the government’s approach, raising concerns about its impact on India’s domestic governance. Manik Saha emphasized the necessity of bolstering border security, citing a recent discussion with border officials. He argued that securing borders was essential for ensuring peace and safety for all communities. Prime Minister Narendra Modi supported this view, stressing the need to protect Hindus in Bangladesh and affirming India’s readiness to offer assistance. Nirmala Sitharaman highlighted the economic aspects of the crisis, stressing the need to balance trade relations with the imperative to protect citizens from violence. In contrast, Mamata Banerjee advocated for a calm, diplomatic approach, favoring dialogue over aggression. S. Talk By Ms Nidhi Razdan On ‘Why News Matters’
On August 21, 2024, Banyan Tree School hosted a session of its Parent Connect Series featuring Ms. Nidhi Razdan as the guest of honor. Held in the school auditorium, the event centered on Ms. Razdan’s insightful talk titled “Why News Matters?”
Ms. Razdan, a distinguished journalist with an illustrious career at NDTV, where she served as Executive Editor, captivated the audience with her deep understanding of journalism. Her achievements include the Ramnath Goenka Award for Excellence in Journalism and the IPI India Award. Currently, she writes for Gulf News and serves as Director, School of Communication, IILM University.
In her talk, Ms. Razdan shared her extensive experiences from early reporting on major events like the Kargil War to her long tenure at NDTV. She highlighted how journalism has evolved with technological advancements and the rise of digital media platforms. Her discussion illuminated the essential role of news in contemporary society—informing the public, holding power accountable, and addressing critical global issues such as health and climate change. Ms. Razdan emphasized the transformative impact of journalism, stressing its importance in empowering individuals and shaping societal discourse. She spoke on the necessity of maintaining journalistic integrity amidst changing media landscapes and the passionate commitment required to uphold these values.

Nurturing tomorrow’s leaders with sustainability
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp by Principal ma’am and Dr. Singh, accompanied by Saraswati Vandana. The new student council members were formally inducted into their roles, receiving badges and flags from Principal ma’am, who administered the pledge emphasizing their responsibilities and the importance of their new roles. She also delivered an inspiring address on the essence of leadership, urging the new council members to lead with integrity and dedication.
Head Boy Jatin Kumar shared his journey and vision for his tenure, while Head Girl Bhumika Arya reflected on her experiences at the school and her commitments to uphold its values. Dr. Singh’s address drew from her experience as a former Head Girl, offering insightful guidance on leadership. The ceremony was further enlivened by a vibrant dance performance, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

The Sustainable Development Goals Exhibition – For a Better World
Nurturing tomorrow’s leaders with sustainability
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a United Nations program adopted by all UN member countries aimed at promoting peace and prosperity for people and the planet. India is among the countries at the forefront of this program.
Banyan Tree School has always embraced the concept of Sustainable Development and has incorporated it into our curriculum. Therefore, from the outset, everyone at the school was enthusiastic about the exhibition on Sustainable Development Goals. Students from Grade I to Grade XII showcased their creativity and skills with passion at the exhibition. Students performed live yoga to emphasize the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy body and mind. Poem recitations, musical and dance performances based on the SDGs were also featured. The presentations and performances by the students captivated both parents and the Chief Guest. It was a highly enriching learning experience for the students.
Ideologue 2024!
The Idealogue ’24 Inter School Debate, held on July 19, 2024, at Banyan Tree School, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, was a resounding success, bringing together students from seven schools to engage in spirited debates on topics such as “Car-free cities are the future” and “Companies should pay a general environmental cost and be held liable for damage.” The event featured esteemed judges Ms. Aastha Malhotra, Ms. Bhawna Dixit, and Ms. Dheerika Pandey, who offered valuable insights and feedback. The guest of honor, Mr. Rajive Gulati, enriched the event with an inspiring speech, encouraging students to embrace sustainable development goals.
DPS Noida Sector 30 earned the title of Best School in middle school category, and Springdales School, Pusa Road won the Best School title in senior school category. Individual achievements included Viraaj V. Bansal and Mahie Tripathi as Best Speakers in favor of their respective motions, and Om Nagpal and Manya Verma for their compelling arguments against the motions. Shreya Soni and Abhinav Hinge were recognized as the Best Interjectors, showcasing exceptional talent and engagement throughout the event.
In conclusion, Ideologue ’24 was a triumph of intellect and eloquence, underscored by insightful judges, inspiring speeches, and exemplary student performances. It reaffirmed the importance of fostering critical thinking and effective communication skills among the youth.
Van Mahotsav
The students of Junior wing i.e., Nursery to Grade V took initiative in planting saplings in the Herb Garden to celebrate Van Mahotsav. Each grade brought different
saplings for building a variety in the garden. They learnt about the plant and the seed that they had brought while sowing them, along with this they also learnt how to pot a plant as well as how to sow a seed.
Exploration Time
Various exploration science activities were conducted in the laboratory, to gain hands-on experience in scientific inquiry, teamwork, and problem-solving. Students had developed a deeper appreciation for the complexities of living creatures and the critical role of science and engineering in expanding our knowledge.
Heritage Club
All set to explore the heritage structures of India, members of Dharohar, the Heritage club of Banyan Tree School, New Delhi sketched and created miniatures of popular heritage structures of India.The Heritage Club is dedicated to enriching students’ knowledge and appreciation of cultural and historical heritage. Through diverse and engaging club activities, opportunity was provided for students to connect with the past.
Election Awareness Week
The Election Awareness activities are designed to instill a sense of civic duty and the importance of participating in the democratic process from a young age. By engaging students in interactive and educational activities, we aim to create informed, responsible future voters who understand the significance of their role in shaping their community and country.
Nature & Science Club
In order to celebrate Earth day, students of Nature & Science club made a collage featuring wildlife.The activity was focused on environment conservation, tree planting and recycling drive.
Physical Activity
Various inter house football & badminton matches were organised for senior classes. The school football match was a thrilling and memorable event, showcasing the spirit and camaraderie of our students. It was a day of exceptional athleticism and teamwork, leaving everyone eagerly anticipating the next encounter on the field.
Budding Star – Arohi Sharma
Arohi Sharma, a student of class XII-C (2023-2024) shared the photograph titled ‘Odyssey’ in the KNMA Shutterbugs Competition, a self-portrait contest inspired by the monochrome world of iconic photographer Raghu Rai, organized by the Kiran Nadar Museum of Arts, New Delhi.
Her photograph won the competition, and she has received the prize from legendary photographer Raghu Rai himself. Her winning photograph is now displayed in a unique pop-up people’s Exhibition at KNMA Saket alongside the ‘Raghu Rai: A thousand Lives’ exhibition.
MasterChef Activity
The students of the Banyan Tree School showcased their culinary skills in the exciting MasterChef Activity conducted on the last day of school before the vacations. The children displayed their creative skills and created delicious dishes like rainbow sandwiches, bhelpuri, and a variety of desserts using only fresh ingredients and simple kitchen tools. The classroom was charged with excitement and energy. The event not only highlighted the students’ cooking abilities but also encouraged teamwork, innovation, quick thinking and time management skills.

Earth Day is a poignant reminder of our interconnectedness with Mother Earth and the responsibility we bear as stewards of her precious resources. It’s a day to reflect on the beauty and fragility of our planet, to honor the abundance she provides, and to pledge our commitment to preserving and protecting her for future generations.
With this ethos in mind, the children of the middle wing celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm. They made beautiful ornaments like ring necklace, bracelet, earring, pendant, keychains, jewelry, decorative artifacts, handprints, and name tags etc. ,with the help of salt dough and other decorated materials to express their gratitude towards Mother earth.
Mother’s Day Activity

Mother’s Day is a heartfelt celebration of the unconditional love, sacrifice, and guidance that mothers bestow upon us. From tender moments shared to lifelong lessons imparted, mothers leave an indelible mark on our hearts and minds. In the spirit of Mother’s Day, children from the middle wing made beautiful hand printed cards as a token of their love and appreciation. They wrote a self-composed poem and quotes for their mothers to capture the essence and importance of motherhood.
International Affairs Club
The International Affairs Club serves as a vibrant hub for fostering global awareness and understanding among students. The children chose Egypt as the theme country, embarking on an enriching journey to explore the rich history, culture, and contemporary dynamics of this captivating nation. Children researched extensively on the theme country and also made intricately crafted replicas of majestic pyramids.
Creative Club
The Creative Club is a dynamic space where imagination knows no bounds and artistic expression flourishes. With scissors, glue, yarn, and paint as our tools, the children of the Creative Club transform ordinary materials into extraordinary works of art. With a blend of imagination and craftsmanship, the children transformed simple pieces of wood, acrylic, or clay into personalized name plate masterpieces. From elegant calligraphy to whimsical designs, each name plate reflects the individuality and style of its creator.
Handball Tournament
The Handball Tournament ignites a spirit of competition and camaraderie as teams converge to showcase their athleticism and teamwork on the court. With lightning-fast passes, strategic maneuvers and powerful shots, players of the Banyan Tree School engage in exhilarating matches that captivate spectators and participants alike. From intense rivalries to moments of triumph and teamwork, the tournament embodies the essence of sportsmanship and determination.
Summer Camp 2024-25
The Banyan Tree School’s ‘Enrichment Summer Camp 2024-25’ was organised for Grades 1 to 5 that began on 13th May 2024 and concluded on 17th May 2024. The inquisitive children of our school thoroughly enjoyed all the fun-filled activities conducted at the ‘Enrichment Camp’. It was altogether a delightful treat for children. It allowed them to learn new skills in a safe and secure environment. Our budding artists crafted different useful objects during their ‘Best out of Waste’ activity, showcasing their innovation. The young scientists engaged themselves in fascinating experiments, exploring the wonders of science. Storytelling sessions gave their minds food for thought. At the same time, Music & Dance and Little Kitchenette activity filled their longing for fun & frolic. On the whole, it was truly an enriching ‘Enrichment Camp.’

The school chess tournament brought together students of grades VI-IX, showcasing strategic brilliance and intense concentration. Vasant Panchami Celebrations
The Sanskrit department students organized a special assembly at our school to celebrate Vasant Panchami. The programme began with a short speech highlighting the significance of this auspicious day. This was followed by a soulful rendition of a Swagat Geet in Sanskrit, setting the tone for the rest of the assembly.
The highlight of the assembly was the Saraswati Vandana, beautifully sung by the talented students. The atmosphere was filled with devotion as the Neel Saraswati Strot was recited, invoking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati.
The assembly reached its crescendo with a mesmerizing dance performance featuring Ma Saraswati in the center, set to the melodious Bharati Vasant Geet sung by the children. It was a truly enchanting sight to behold.
Republic Day Celebration
Banyan Tree School, Lodhi Road celebrated 75th Republic Day. On this momentous occasion, flag hoisting ceremony, and rashtra geet was sung. The event renewed the spirit of patriotism in students.
Civil Servants’ In Making
On 26th December, 2023, the hallowed walls of Ankita Anand’s office recently bore witness to an inspiring session as the distinguished alumna and seasoned civil servant welcomed Banyan Tree School students. Her interaction with the aspiring minds not only explored the intricacies of the civil services examination but also provided a rare glimpse into the professional domain. Ankita Anand’s office, thus, became a sanctum of inspiration for Banyan Tree School students.
Beyond the academic discourse, her inspirational session left an indelible mark on the aspirations of the students. Banyan Tree School, Lodhi Road celebrated Sports Day for classes 6-8; IX & 11 on 17th January,2024. Each class participated in thrilling races, showcasing their speed and agility. It was a day filled with energy, excitement, and healthy competition!
Sports Day is more than just racing. It’s about building teamwork, sportsmanship, and a sense of camaraderie among classmates. The school witnessed students encouraging and cheering for each other before, during, and after their races, showcasing the true spirit of sportsmanship.

In the hallowed halls of Banyan Tree School, Lodhi Road, a cultural extravaganza of unparalleled grandeur unfolded on 22nd and 23rd December,2023 as its Cultural Event. Both an alumni and parents attended the event. It was a mesmerizing confluence of artistic brilliance and boundless creativity. The event comprised of In-House Theatre production of ‘Arms and the Man’, dance (jazz) performances and melodious tunes by the western music chair. Constitution Day
The day, 26th November, 1949 marks Constitution Day for India. This was the day when the Indian Constitution was adopted, enacted and we gave ourselves the ‘Constitution of India’. To mark this occasion, the class teachers of grade IX to XII read the Preamble to the students and highlighted the importance of the Constitution to all. The students highlighted the ideals that are enshrined in the constitution and why they stand so important in our diverse country.
Founder’s Day
Banyan Tree School, Lodhi Road celebrated its Founders Day on 4th November, 2023 by paying a tribute to our founder-chairperson, late Dr. Kulwant Rai. Dr. Rai, a man of profound integrity and humility, dedicated his life to education and service to the less fortunate, and believed “In Pursuit of Excellence”. Dr. Rai’s commitment to fostering not just academic excellence but also a sense of compassion and duty among students remain an integral part of our school’s ethos.
The first segment started with lots of energy and enthusiasm. The school welcomed its Alumni (Ms. Apurva Bhardwaj, Mr. Anubhav Nanda, Mr. Raghav Dutta, Ms. Garvita Shrivasatava, Ms. Dheerika Pandey and Mr. Saeeduddin Faridi), followed by a tribute to our revered founder, Dr. Kulwant Rai. The event commenced with “lighting of the lamp” ceremony, accompanied by chanting on “Om Sai Namah Namah”
The event consisted of dance fusion of different forms, and song recital by the students. Principal ma’am addressed all the members present and encouraged everyone with her words.
Krihnavandana and Guruvanada was performed beautifully by the students as well.
The part which students enjoyed the most was the interactive session with the Alumni. In the event, “My journey In Pursuit of Excellence”, the Alumni shared their memories of the school. They shared their serious as well as fun moments created in the school, which have shaped the individuals they are now. They also reiterated the fact that it is essential to dream and they do come true with hard work. They motivated the students and inspired them to explore their undiscovered talents.
Video showcasing “Life at Banyan Tree School” was displayed which revived everyone’s fond memories of the school, filled everyone with pride and invoked many emotions.
Later, Mr. Anubhav Nanda (Alumnus of the school) gave an energetic dance performance, which livened the moment again and enthralled the young audience.
With that, the event was concluded and a Vote of thanks was given by the Council Members.
Dr. Kulwant Rai’s life exemplified the values of love, service and dedication to the greater good. His humility and generosity touched the lives of all those he encountered, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire us all.
Model United Nations (MUN)
Students of BTS, Lodhi Road participated in MUN, an event wherein students roleplay delegates to the United Nations and stimulate UN committees, organised by Air Force Bal Bharti School. It was a 3-day event wherein students got a platform and chance to showcase their brilliance, knowledge, and quick thinking in front of participants from 25 schools.
The event was filled with new political jargon, new faces, discussing international and national issues on health, women rights, religious minorities, and many more. The overachiever Banyanites performed brilliantly in the event and made the school proud!
G20 UNIVERSITY CONNECT
Nurturing Minds, Igniting Change! It was an incredible day at the ‘G-20 University Connect’ hosted by IILM University. Engaging with the bright young minds of Banyan Tree School, New Delhi, the event delved deep into the realm of sustainable development goals and their attainability. The esteemed panel, featuring visionaries like Ms. Sujata Shahi, Mr. Pawan K Varma, Mr. HV Shringhla, Ms. Malvika Rai, and Mr. SY Quraishi, emphasized the essence of addressing the roots of challenges to foster lasting change.
A thought-provoking debate followed, featuring the dynamic perspectives of Mr. Bhimaraya Metri, Mr. Amit Vatsyayan, Mr. Chaitanya K Prasad, and Mr. Rahul Mishra on the topic ‘Quality Education as a Tool for Nurturing and Enhancing Human Capacity’. The students were treated to an intellectual feast, exploring the boundless potential of the future, the evolution of educational systems, and the pivotal role of global research collaboration.
The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as ideas flowed and perspectives merged. Witnessing the young minds absorb knowledge and engage in thought-provoking discussions was truly heartwarming. Here’s to nurturing a generation of change-makers, equipped with insights and inspiration to shape a brighter, more sustainable world!
SARASWATI VANDANA AT ANNUAL CONVOCATION AT IILM, LODHI ROAD
A marvelous experience at Annual Convocation of IILM on 22 July, 2023.
The talented students of class XI and XII from Banyan Tree School, New Delhi, took center stage to deliver a mesmerizing performance of the “Saraswati Vandana.” Their melodious voices resonated through the auditorium, enveloping the audience in a soothing aura of tranquility.
Graced with the words of wisdom by Mr. Dhruv Chadha and Ms. V. Chandra, it was truly an unforgettable experience.
CELEBRATING HIGH ACHIEVERS-2022-23
Today was a very special day for Banyan Tree School as the school invited The students of class XII who topped CBSE board exams 2022-23.
Students came along with their parents to have an interactive session with the Management, the Principal and the teachers. They spoke about how the school helped them to become what they are today and what they want to pursue further in life.
They all promised that they will stay connected with the school and will forever stay Banyanites.
Summer Camp
Amidst the serene surroundings of IILM Greater Noida, an unforgettable summer camp unfolded, where senior students from Banyan Tree School Lodhi Road joined their peers from Jaipur and Chandigarh branches. Spanning four delightful days, this camp offered a perfect blend of fun and learning. Engaging sessions on technology and psychology sparked the students’ curiosity and fueled their passion for knowledge. They also indulged in creative games that nurtured their imagination and fostered their overall development. It was a joyful and educational experience that left lasting memories for all the participants.
National Technology Day
The students of class V-XII of Banyan Tree School celebrated ‘National Technology Day’ to commemorate the day. The day marks the importance of scientists and engineers in helping India achieve technological advancement and keeping pace with scientifically advanced countries.
A Poster making activity was organised with the aim of making the students aware about the impact of technology on human life and the changes noticed in the ability to think, understand and learn with it. All the students participated with full fervor.
The students expressed their thoughts through paintings and sketches. The young learners displayed their imaginative skills through a collection of posters. The competition was enjoyed and appreciated by all the students, who participated with full enthusiasm.
