FEE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Fee Rules and Regulations

The school uses the HDFC QFix platform for all fee payments, offering a seamless and secure digital experience. All school fee payments must be made only through QFix. No other mode of payment will be accepted.

Fee Payment Schedule

  1. The Monthly Tuition Fee is to be paid by the 10th of every month.

  2. Annual & Development Fees are payable in a single installment at the beginning of the session, along with the tuition fee for April.

  3. For new admissions during the session, the first monthly payment will include:
    • Tuition Fee for the month of admission
    • Annual Charges (payable once for the academic year)
    • Development Charges (payable once for the academic year)

Terms & Conditions

  • Admission Charges (Non-Refundable) at the time of admission are payable only once.
  • No caution money is charged.
  • The amount deposited at the time of admission is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • A late fee will be applicable if the payment is not made by the due date.
  • No waivers or discounts in the fee structure are applicable under any circumstances. Only sibling discount is available, as per school policy.

 

Mode of Payment

Step 1:
Parents are requested to download the QFix App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for easy access and tracking of payments.

Step 2:
Fee payment can be made through the following methods within the QFix App or web portal:

  • Online Banking
  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards

Parents will receive an acknowledgement/receipt from QFix upon successful payment.
