FEE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Fee Rules and Regulations
The school uses the HDFC QFix platform for all fee payments, offering a seamless and secure digital experience. All school fee payments must be made only through QFix. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
Fee Payment Schedule
- The Monthly Tuition Fee is to be paid by the 10th of every month.
- Annual & Development Fees are payable in a single installment at the beginning of the session, along with the tuition fee for April.
- For new admissions during the session, the first monthly payment will include:
- Tuition Fee for the month of admission
- Annual Charges (payable once for the academic year)
- Development Charges (payable once for the academic year)
Terms & Conditions
- Admission Charges (Non-Refundable) at the time of admission are payable only once.
- No caution money is charged.
- The amount deposited at the time of admission is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- A late fee will be applicable if the payment is not made by the due date.
- No waivers or discounts in the fee structure are applicable under any circumstances. Only sibling discount is available, as per school policy.
Mode of Payment
Step 1:
Parents are requested to download the QFix App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for easy access and tracking of payments.
Step 2:
Fee payment can be made through the following methods within the QFix App or web portal:
- Online Banking
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
Parents will receive an acknowledgement/receipt from QFix upon successful payment.
