The school uses the HDFC QFix platform for all fee payments, offering a seamless and secure digital experience. All school fee payments must be made only through QFix. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
1. The Monthly Tuition Fee is to be paid by the 10th of every month.
2. Annual charges and Development fee are payable in a single instalment at the start of the academic session every year.
3. For the months of February and March, tuition fees will be payable together and must be paid by 10th February.
4 . For new admissions during the session, the first monthly payment will include:
- Tuition Fee for the month of admission
- Annual Charges (payable once for the academic year)
- Development Charges (payable once for the academic year)
Admission Charges (Non-Refundable) at the time of admission are payable only once.
No caution money is charged.
Fee refund, if any, will be as per policy
A late fee will be applicable if the payment is not made by the due date.
No waivers or discounts in the fee structure are applicable under any circumstances. Only sibling discount is available, as per school policy.
Step 1:
Parents are requested to download the QFix App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for easy access and tracking of payments.
Step 2:
Fee payment can be made through the following methods within the QFix App or web portal:
- Online Banking
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
Parents will receive an acknowledgement/receipt from QFix upon successful payment.
