Banyan Tree School, Chandigarh enthusiastically commemorated the 77th anniversary of India’s Independence Day with great fervor and elation.
The festivities commence with the hoisting of the national flag with great honor by the Guest of Honour Mr. JJ Singh (President of RWA Sec 48) and the Director, Banyan Tree School, Col GS Chadha followed by the rendition of the National Anthem. The occasion succeeded in reigniting the flame of patriotism in every individual’s heart, evoking a mixture of emotions including happiness, hope, and pride among the attendees. The young pupils of the school contributed significantly to the event by portraying themselves as venerable freedom fighters, adding a remarkable touch to the proceedings. Mr. J.J. Singh, the esteemed guest of honor, shared insightful words of wisdom and motivation, accompanied by a poignant message imparted to the students: the importance of assuming the responsibilities of responsible citizens and future leaders of the nation that left a lasting impact. The School Principal, Ms. Garima S. Bhardwaj, extended her gratitude towards all those who played a role in the success of the Independence Day Celebrations, particularly acknowledging the unwavering support of the parents and teachers. She also reassured the parents of the continuous improvement in the facilities provided to the students.
