    General Instructions:

    1. 75% attendance is compulsory as per CBSE norms for the students to be eligible to appear in the examination. Regularity of the student is of utmost importance.
    2. The school reserves the right to disallow the candidates from appearing in the examination if he/she falls short of requisite attendance.
    3. All tests/examinations are compulsory for the students. Exemption if any will only be granted by the higher authorities on written request by parents in case of an emergency with valid reason.
    4. Students’ absentee from an examination/test for any reason without prior information/sanction from higher authorities will not be re-examined.
    5. Marks obtained in internal assessments, Unit tests and Terminal examinations are added for promotion to next class. It is essential that a student secures 33% marks in each subject for promotion to next class.
    6. When a child is ill during examination, he/she should not be sent to the school. In case of illness the final result will be declared on the basis of Term work and general performance during the session. (No student will be permitted to leave School after the formative assessments/tests.)
    7. Students using unfair means during examination will face disciplinary action as per the school policy.
    1. Parents must attend parent teacher meetings regularly on the date intimated from time to time.
    2. In class IX and XI, if a student fails in one subject, he/she will be given only one chance to reappear for that subject during Final Examination.

    If a student fails in two or more subjects in the Final Examination (Term2), he /she will be detained.

    1. During the examination if a candidate is found using mobile phone, smart gadgets, copying material or any other unfair means, student will be retained from giving Examination.

    Results declared at the end of academic term are final and will not be re-considered.
