Fee Payment Instructions

  1. Fee is to be deposited through the Qfix App or through direct bank transfer. No other mode of payment would be acceptable.
  2. After depositing the fees, the screenshot of the fee deposit has to be shown to the respective class teachers to update their records. This would help in immediate updating in the fee records of your ward.

Note: It is important that the fee payment schedule is strictly adhered to, so as to avoid the striking of the name of your ward on account of non-payment of fees.

    1. The fee payment is to be made on a quarterly basis. The fee payment schedule for 2024-25 is given below-
  1. Please write your ward’s name, admission number, class and section when sharing the screenshot.
  2. Your ward’s name is liable to be struck off the school rolls without assigning any reasons/notice if the fee is not paid within 30 days or beyond the last day of payment as given in point 4 above.
  3. Parents are requested to submit the bus fee quarterly latest by 10th of each quarter, if applicable, through a separate transaction and share the details with respective class teachers stating the route name and amount transferred.

Note: Reminders for last date of payment shall not be issued from the school office for each quarter. You are requested to keep a track of the schedule of payment and late fines, if applicable

  1. Bus facility is charged for eleven months (Fee for month of June will not be charged) for all those who wish to avail of it on existing bus routes as fixed by the school. This facility once availed, cannot be withdrawn during the academic session, except in case of a transfer of residence where the school buses do not ply or leaving school and applying for TC. In such cases one month’s written notice or charges in lieu will have to be paid.
  2. Bus facility for only one way is not available.
