Banyan Tree School,Chandigarh celebrated the World Water Day on March22, 2023 in their school premises.To create awareness on the importance of water for the planet an interactive session for the students was conducted by Retd Professor Dr. Arun Deep Ahluwalia,an Active Member Association of Petroleum Geologists (AMAPG) & Principal Investigator, Petroleum System PURSE Grant Project; Centre of Petroleum and Applied Geology, Aruna Ranjit Hall, Punjab University, Chandigarh.He highlighted the need for sustainable management of freshwater resources,access to water, hygiene facilities and sanitization all across the world. Towards the end of the session everyone pledged to join in hands for the conservation of water the exhilr of life.
