The zealous young minds of Std VI- VIII from Banyan Tree School, Chandigarh visited the Meterogical Center,Sector 39 to enhancing their knowledge with respect to methods and techniques used to study weather forecast.
Students explored the meteorological observatory and the instruments that are used to measure indoor and outdoor air temperature, dew point, humidity, rainfall, wind speed,wind direction, barometric air pressure etc. Children were very happy and curious to note down their findings to use it in their Green Hour Research Projects.
