Admission Process Overview
I. Admission to LKG & UKG
– Admissions are on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to age eligibility.
Documents Required:
1. Two passport-sized photographs of the child.
2. Birth Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births.
3. Proof of residence (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Utility bill/Rent deed).
4. Aadhaar card of the child and parents for identification proof.
5. Medical Fitness Certificate of the child.
6. One photograph each of parents/guardians.
Parent-Child Interaction
– After document verification, parents and the child will be invited for a brief Interaction Session to:
Familiarize with the school’s learning environment and curriculum.
Enable teachers to understand the child’s readiness and individual needs
II. Admission to Grades I to IV: A Foundation for Academic and Holistic Excellence
At Banyan Tree School, we recognize Grades I to IV as the formative years that set the stage for lifelong learning and holistic development. Our admission process ensures that each child is evaluated comprehensively for their academic and personal growth potential.
Admission Criteria:
— Admissions are subject to vacancy availability.
— Students are assessed through a child-friendly academic assessment designed to evaluate their aptitude in core subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science.
— Comprehensive verification from the previous school will be conducted to evaluate academic performance and overall conduct.

— Admissions are also contingent upon availability of seats in the selected stream.

— Fill out the ONLINE FORM available on the school’s official website. Ensure all details are accurate and complete.
2. Assessment Process:
— Students will undergo a stream-specific assessment to gauge aptitude and suitability for the chosen field of study (Science, Commerce, or Humanities).
— The assessment focuses on core subjects relevant to the stream, such as:
— Science Stream: Mathematics, Science, and English
— Commerce Stream: Mathematics, English, and General Awareness
— Humanities Stream: English and General Awareness
3. Document Submission and Verification:
-Submit the following documents to the admissions office:
— Two passport-sized photographs of the student.
