The society is subjected to change to meet the demands of globalized society therefore it is imperative to replace the traditional systems of education with the modern ways of teaching.<\/p>\n

The modern era has ushered in with a series of responsibilities to shape future representatives with a spark to take the world to newstride and thrive towards more modernized sensibilities thus it becomes all the more challenging as the students need to be trained for the jobs which have not been created at the moment. The nuances in the system of education need to be discussed for developing the new model of human resource development. This is only possible if the gaps in the current knowledge and research are delineated and trigger the capacity to develop the team -taught course and to commit themselves to collaborative student-centred pedagogy.<\/p>\n

With the aim to incorporate this pedagogy the Curriculum Design @ Banyan Tree School is based on problem solving, coding and how to address future challenges. Every subject in school incorporates computer application as the medium to learn it and so the focus in school is on learning with ease of understanding.<\/p>\n
