The Pre- primary students at Banyan Tree School,Chandigarh celebrated Janmashtami with great fervor and gaiety. The celebration was held on 18thAugust,2022.The day began with a special assembly where students donned the roles of Lord Shri Krishna, gopikas and gwalas and enacted their roles perfectly.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This was followed by in-class discussions where the teachers told their students about Lord Krishna\u2019s life and why Janmashtami is celebrated?\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Children came dressed in ethnic wear as Radha and Krishna. The presentation depicted the varied images of life from birth to manhood transporting one to the world of splendour, colour, myth and legend.
