Prateek Mago, is a 4th year student reading law. Apart from studying law, the second thing that fascinates him is diplomacy, and he doesn’t hesitate travelling India for conferences to learn it. International Relations, primarily inclined towards legal aspect, has always been a tremendous source of interest for him. He remains in dire need of people who are most diplomatic, and this is one of the inspirations for him to explore the Indian MUNing circuit. He also has a keen interest in international law, and writes for the Libertatem Magazine about the same. He participated in the Asia-Pacific Regional Final Rounds of the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition and was adjudged the 7th best team in the entire Asia-Pacific Region. He is also a member of the Indian team which works on Indian cases laws having substantial engagement with international law for Oxford Public International Law.
He strongly believes that though these sort of conferences are academic simulations, it is the responsibility of the people involved to bring about a change in the scenario, and hence, these should be taken seriously.
With a hope to bring about a change, he wishes all the delegates and members for doing their best!
