Hriday Kohli is a Third year undergraduate from PEC UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, Chandigarh who is very passionate about the concept of simulatilng International forums of discussion. Besides that he has a keen interest in International Relations. An avid reader and a public speaker, he will be serving as the Chairperson for UNDP at Banyan Tree School Model United Nations 2017.

Mr. Sayed Muhammed is a graduate in History, currently pursuing Law and International Relations. He also works as a Climate Action Coordinator for the Conference of Parties (CoP+22) UN Action Programme and Volunteer at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in India. He has been the Campus Ambassador and Leader for some of the prestigious programmes and firms which includes World Humanitarian Summit (WHS+23), MY Parliament, Young India Fellowship (YIF). He did the first TEDx Talk at TEDxBVCOE which is a dream-come-true for any orator and for him, it was a really self-motivating moment, to go on with his passion to speak. Recently, he recieved the Medal of Honour award from Mr. Shashi Tharoor for his achievements till date.

His passion is to interact and people around him identify him as being one of the most interactive people they know. MUNs have played a major role in his life, and he feels they have added many benefits to his student life and career. “Model United Nation (MUN) Conferences changed my life, can you believe it? It’s a fact!” – he says. He’s been doing MUNs for 3 years and has attended over 50 MUN conferences as a Delegate and an Executive Board Member. He’s the director of Global Model United Nations (GMUN) Kerala Chapter, and also has a non-profit youth organisation ‘Change Your Attitude’, which has given him exposure as a Motivational Speaker and Personality Development Trainer.

His idea of MUN goes – “MUN is an evolved form of the interactive-medium that bring out the best researcher, speaker, debater, lobbyist and problem solver through brilliant diplomatic negotiations.” And he always spreads the message of doing thorough research before coming into committee as research is the soul for an Executive Board Member and a Delegate.
